注意事項  | Price : 

FOR Yotsuya Civic Hall ON STAGE: 
  • 每一段租借時間為10分鐘 , 包括10分鐘比賽音樂廳台上三角鋼琴練習時間
  • 跟比賽當天流程一樣 , 參賽者會先到達準備室,在準備室內參賽者可更換衣服,化妝及對其樂器進行調音(*請留意音樂廳內不得在後台進行調音 , 以免影響台上參賽者的練習)

  • Each rental period is 10 minutes,included 10 minutes of Competition concert hall practice time with the grand piano on the stage
  • Same as the flow on the day of the competition, the contestants will first arrive at the dressing room, where the contestants can change clothes, make up and tune their instruments (*In order not to disturb the practice time of others on stage, please note that tuning at the backstage is not allowed in the concert hall)

租借比賽練琴時段須知: 

  1.  預約時段使用為先到先得，確認時段後不設更改或取消。
  2. 請注意，參賽者並不擁有整個場地的私人使用權，我們的工作人員將在場地進行其他準備工作，但他們不會干擾參賽者在舞台上的練習。
  3. 只有參賽者可以進入音樂廳練琴（12歲以下參賽者可有一位監護人陪同到音樂廳練習 ）
  4. 請於預約時間準時到達會場 ，逾時未到將自動取消原預約時段。
  5. 音樂廳中請勿飲食、鋼琴上除樂譜外，請勿放置任何物品，以免損毀鋼琴。
  6. 參賽者在練習期間，間接或直接損壞任何設備 ，須全數負責賠償所有損失 。
  7. 練琴期間不得拍攝或錄影

Instructions for piano rental competition practice time:

  1. Time slots are available for booking on a first-come-first-served basis. No changes or cancellations will be allowed after the time slot is confirmed.
  2. Kindly note that contestants do not own the entire hall privately, our staff will be doing other preparation work in the hall, but they will not disturb the contestant’s practice on the stage.
  3. Only contestants can enter the concert hall to practice. (Competitors under the age of 12 can be accompanied by one guardian to practice in the concert hall)
  4. Please arrive the venue on time, late comer will not be allowed to enter the hall appointment will be canceled automatically.
  5. Do not eat or drink in the concert hall, and do not place anything on the Grand piano except music notes to avoid any potential damage.
  6. Participants who indirectly or directly damage any equipment during practice shall be fully responsible for compensation for all losses.
  7. No filming or video recording is allowed during the practice.
