Please note: Drum / Percussion participants are not eligible for practice room bookings on 14 July 2026.

Session Details

• Session Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Duration: 30 minutes per session

• Location: Assigned practice rooms at Shibuya Cultural Centre Owada

• Availability: Limited slots available on a first come, first served basis

15 July 2026 — Rehearsal Options

Participants from all instrument categories may choose to book one or both of the following rehearsal options:

Option A — Practice Room Rehearsal

• Session Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Duration: 30 minutes

• Location: Assigned practice rooms at either Shibuya Cultural Centre Owada or Shibuya Hall & Studio

Option B — On Stage Rehearsal

• Session Hours: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Duration: 5 minutes

• Location: Main competition stage

Important Information

• Rehearsal schedules, assigned timeslots, and rehearsal venue locations will be sent via email on or before 8 July 2026 upon payment confirmation.

• Rehearsal sessions may take place at either Shibuya Cultural Centre Owada or Shibuya Hall & Studio.

• Participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled rehearsal time.

• Confirmed rehearsal timeslots and assigned venues cannot be changed, transferred, or cancelled.

• Late arrivals will not be granted additional rehearsal time.

• Participants are expected to respect all rehearsal schedules and venue regulations.

• Food, drinks, and personal belongings must not be placed on the piano or any stage equipment.

• Participants are responsible for any damage caused to venue instruments, equipment, or facilities during rehearsal sessions.
