Please note that by renting the harp, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on the rental company Japan winds website . We kindly remind you that you have full responsibility for the harp while it is in your possession at the venue. If there is any damage to the instrument during the rental period, you will be responsible for paying the repair or replacement fee. 

GASCA will arrange the transportation with Japan winds, the harp will arrive at the competition venue 4 hours before the harp category competition. The Harp Garden will provide the technical tuning staff, they will also help to move the harp around the venue from backstage up to the stage. Please arrive at the competition venue reception area 2 hours before your performance time for the preparation of harp performance.

Please ask GASCA team to check the availability of the instruments for you first. The rental arrangement is not confirmed until the rental confirmation payment is received. Thank you for your understanding.
